Absolutely fantastic place, we spent the afternoon here and had three courses, with a coffee and liqueur, the ladies working there were fantastic and attentive and we felt very safe in the current times (constantly cleaning and sanitizing). The food was excellent and had no complaints, cannot recommend enough, we can't wait to go back. Thanks to everyone at the Dog & Partridge for looking after us!
Four of us went today using the Eat Out Scheme. The pub was well laid out with social distancing in place. Lovely food and service, obviously the price was great. Only criticism was that their Burger menu states that they use either Beef or Lamb so I asked for a Lamb Burger (which I have enjoyed in the past). The waitress looked very puzzled and said they didn't do Lamb. I pointed out that the menu states Beef or Lamb to which she replied Aw well, yeah it says Lamb but we don't do it \u200d️. Perhaps take it off your menu, then customers won't be disappointed. It's about managing expectations. Other than that, it was an enjoyable meal out.
Lovely place, fantastic staff, delicious food at reasonable prices and great entertainment. We couldn't have chosen a better place to enjoy our Saturday evening
Absolutely amazing food very friendly staff and possibly the largest collection of gin's in the northwest . Certenly worth a visite if you like quality .
