Well what a shame! Waitress arrived and took orders however still refused to place them on the table- even after having to hold them to pour the drink! We placed our order for fish and chips, gammon and chicken and ribs combo. Food arrived roughly 30 mins later- however fish was obviously frozen, the chicken and ribs were cold and the gammon was overdone. 3 grilled items in a grill restaurant were grilled incorrectly?! I sent the chicken and ribs back however when the food arrived back I was told the food was kept warm while the chicken was further cooked under a grill. The Waitress seemed helpful however never asked how the other meals were (perhaps as she already knew how disappointing the food was?) We ordered the churro sundae and a chocolate brownie. The “warm” churros were cold and was like chewing cardboard. The server was very quick to take away the empty plate and glass and again never asked how the food was. She brought us the bill and card machine and took payment and left very quickly. No thanks for dining there and certainly seemed like no remorse for the disgusting quality of food. Very disappointing night, especially considering we are from out of town and made a special trip to go there! Would definitely not recommend.

Very pleasant waitress. Charged off instructing us several times to follow here as terminally ill husband struggled up the steps. Food arrived after a reasonable time. Steak was very salty indeed, I left about 1/3 of it, fat was not cooked, it was medium to well (I had asked for blue). Chips were nice. When eventually our chirpy wItress turned up, as we had almost finished, and to ask if all was OK, she turned and walked away as we were trying to politely tell her it was not. When she eventually returned, we refused pudding, told her the above and asked for the bill she went off, saying she was getting something. We assumed she meant the bill. She returned later with the bill saying her manager had offered us free puddings (which we had already said we did not want). I consider this very poor and a very poor meal and outcome. Dies no one look and listen to their customers any more? I had water to drink and asked for only one piece of ice, it had 5 or 6.i was quite willing to let this go but it is just another example of sloppy service. Needless to say. No tip left

Very nice food, lovely waitresses, very hygienic and a very good system about covid 19 can't fault anything! Lovely service. Good drinks and excellent food! Would totally recommend.
Very high quality of service, food excellent, very good covid safety with plenty of space between tables. First experience of eating out since lockdown lifted and very pleased with all aspects of care and service. Would highly recommend.
