Authentic Japanese experience with a large selection. Heard from friends about the okonomiyaki, we’ve been craving it ever since we got back from Osaka Japan. There are 3 types of okonomiyaki on offer, our favourite one was the noodle addition, had more substance. The flavour was pretty on point. The experience and environment was fantastic, cooked right in front one you in private sitting. Keen to come back and try other offerings.

I read the reviews and was a little nervous before I came but this place is definitely worth a try! Staff were friendly, vibe was good & most importantly, the food was delicious! Extra special when a chef cooks it in front of you!

Stunning design and restaurant, quality food with decent prices, however very understaffed. Popped in last minute after watching “Nobody (2021)” at Hoyts, (great film btw); and managed to snag a spot at Dohtonbori. We were ushered in and sat on tiny soft benches as we flicked through the menu and reminisced on times in Hiroshima. After 10-15 minutes we were taken to our station, where we ordered and waited an additional 10-15 minutes for our food to arrive. The food was great, and our chef was efficient, talented and very capable, however she was also managing twelve other active grill stations, as well as front of house. We spoke for some time and she noted how difficult it was to work with such little staff on roster. I promised her I’d write a review and address that, and here we are. Thank you for your service and your stories !

We have experience a great deal in this Japanese authentic restaurant. Great food and drinks. We ordered the Delux Set Menu and it was worth every cent. The macha ice cream mix is to look forward to... The staff Stella and Aresmi are the best! However, make sure you make a reservation first and be there before your time since many are lining up.

Fantastic Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki. Friendly staff, fair price, nice vibe. Yes, there was quite a wait on a Sunday evening but definitely worth it and a bar near by to kill some time while waiting. Thank you - will definitely be returning! I'm sure you've heard it before but I think many would appreciate pictures on the ipads.

Wonderful ambiance, friendly and helpful staff, and the most important part, delicious food and drinks! Would highly recommend people to go here for a great experience! Absolutely worth the money to spend here!

Quite an authentic experience, had the Hiroshima style seafood Okonomiyaki which is layered and the yakisoba chicken noodles. Both dishes were cooked on the teppenyaki plate, a bit of steam/smoke comes from cooking these dishes as there are no vents above the grill. They have a quick and seamless ordering system and food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

I really like this restaurant and it is a local for me which is even better however the biggest let down for me is the lack of staff. Multiple times I have been there the food has been amazing and normally the staff are happy however some times when I have been I can tell the staff have been stressed and cant really give good customer service. Because the restaurant is so good it is always busy so i do feel sorry for the staff and hope that the managers get more staff working there to elevate the customer service to the great standard of the food. I REALLY hope the management help their staff out so they can be happy as nothing feels worse than you hailing a staff member however feeling bad for them and feeling you you have inconvenienced them, also many drinks on their menu are often sold out which can be a poor experience as they offer many different Japanese Sake. On a medium busy day I would rate this 5/5 however sadly because of all the factors which I blame on management I would need to give this a 3/5
