The owner gave my friend and I a personal tour of the factory, then taught us how to recognize and taste good quality olive oil, and then he gave us a tour of their museum. His family has been producing olive oil for over 400 years. This was the exact experience we wanted, and the olive oil tasted amazing! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area, and the owner spoke good English as well.

On our last day in Sardinia me and my family decided to visit this olive oil factory, and we have no regrets whatsoever! Franchesko, owner of this establishment, met us with open arms, gave us a tour filled not with dry facts, but humor and passion about his work, about olive oil. We learned a lot of interesting things from him, i never expected this topic to be so fascinating! Also i will never forget our degustation session, how he tought us how to discern high quality olive oil from low quiality. This was such a great experience, filled with positivity, laughs, and humor! There is also a wonderfull store-museum where we bought different kinds of great olive oil, and i am 100% sure that we will remember this visit for a very, very long time!

Secondo me ed il mio gradimento, l'olio è delicato specie per l'uso a crudo, non ha sapore secondario ed esente di acidità. Adatto per me che soffro di reflusso faringeo. La confezione in lattina da 5 litri ha riempito perfettamente n. 5 bottiglie in vetro scuro di Acqua Fiuggi da 1 litro. La lattina da 5 litri è veritiera nella misura dichiarata. Buon lavoro alla Ditta F. Locci di Dolianova.
