In March we had our most recent of many stays at the Delores Mountain Inn. As we have come to expect the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff were, as always, friendly and helpful. We look forward to another visit there in the future. I highly recommend The Delores Mountain Inn! There are nice and friendly places to eat nearby. The local grocery store is within walking distance and has basic needs plus many foods available for takeout meals.

We stayed at this motel back in 2013 and we will be glad to come back if we're ever in the area again. The room we had was very roomy, very clean and comfortable. The owner & his staff were so welcoming...the best coffee we've ever had was made & ready in the lobby first thing in the morning. My husband still talks about the great coffee that the owner made. Plenty of places to eat out and a nice family owned grocery store near by. We had our little dog with us and he was welcomed by the staff & owner also. We boarded him during the day when we couldn't take him, he was old, at Mudpuppies near by. Nice walk-about town.
We had made a reservation for a room, but when we arrived after a long day there was no one there. There was a sign that said to call a number, which we did several times, but had to leave a voice mail. While we waited to hear back two other groups drove up and left after getting the same treatment. Finally, after 40 minutes, the owner showed up. She wasn't wearing a mask and said it wasn't necessary. When we finally got in the room it was okay, nothing special, but we had to wonder how well they cleaned up after someone checked out.
Amazing stay here. Perfect spot to crash for the night before or after camping in CO for a few days. Friendly staff and very clean rooms!

Great place to stay. Staff was exceptionally nice, there were multiple beds in the room we selected so everyone got their own bed, outside noise was minimal and was covered by the ac. They have free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in theirI highly recommend this inn if you are going to stay in the area. Not only is it safer then most other nearby cities, but it has been the best place my family and I have stayed at during this trip. (7 other hotels in a variety of states outside and inside this state).
Simple rooms, yet cozy & clean. Beautiful little town, short walk - across the road - to the Dolores River.. Staff is very friendly and helpful...
