Thanks to Jeff and Amy we have a beautiful custom pool like no other. The pool was completed in February 2016. We have a B&B in Naples Florida and our guests are in awe of the natural beauty of the pool. It fits our country setting perfectly. The construction was a terrible problem because of the high water table at the time it was built. Dolphin Pools was able to deal with all the problems and complete the pool in a timely fashion. This is a first class company with talented professionals.

Worst experience ever. Opened the pool for us this year for the first time. Didn't bother vacuuming it. Just dumped shock and algaecide in it and walked away. Ummm... I could have done that. The pool foamed for 2 weeks and we couldn't swim in it. We ordered a step for a broken ladder and had them order a part for our heater. This was a follow up from last season which they never came through for us, but it was end of summer so we figured we would deal with it the following season. Two months later and multiple phone calls and they still can't get the parts and then now have no recollection or notes of what we needed for the pool heater. Stay away. You're better doing the work yourself.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are super unprofessional. They won’t give you a time they are coming to address the issue we had with the pool. Showed up and just dumped chemicals in the pool. The ghosted with the follow up to fix the problem. Don’t use this company! It’s waste of your money!
