Have had unit hete for 5 yrs at least..and when on auto pay virtually zero issues..This year we ran into a struggle monetarily and they have been virtually night and day difference...It seems every month stuff got more and more extra fees for being a few days week late....it almost doubles cost of unit...As well trying to work with them has been extremely difficult...very rude etc...I would suggest looking elsewhere ...were people are a bit friendlier and appreciative of their long term customers...

I wouldn’t recommend, VERY poor customer service. The lady I spoke with was beyond rude and had a very poor attitude. I asked for a call back for availability and when I never heard back, I called them back and the lady very rudely told me they had none to rent at the time and that’s why she didn’t call back. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Need Light up Push button keypads..these keypads are very hard to push and at night time u hv to have a flashlight to see it.
