Horrible, got a call saying the driver stopped by and I wasn't home so they skipped me. Called back because I took off work today and have been sitting by the door all morning and no one came by. So they sent him back. I go outside and he's at the wrong building. When I tell him I'm in the building next door he has an attitude. I live on the ground floor and its raining outside and they tell me in order to donate my items I have to be ground level and the driver has to be able to back up the truck. I am ground level and there is no way to back up the truck because the parking spaces are full so the driver literally has to walk an extra 15 ft to load the stuff in the truck. Driver carries the bag of pillows while I carry all the boxes and end tables to his truck. Then he tells me to talk to the coordinator who says our driver can't step foot inside your apt to retrieve the items. I already carried all the items to the truck and only have a couch left. I ask the driver ok, so if I move my couch to the front door, and you grab one end, can we carry it to your truck? He says no and I'm in a hurry. What kind of company is this?!!!! As an organization that depends on the donations from people in the community, they shouldn't have an attitude and make unreasonable demands. It would've literally took us 30 seconds to carry the couch to the truck and he says we can't take it because we could be liable for damage to your place. Huh? Well if I don't want to leave the couch outside in the rain, and you don't want to stand at the front door and grab one end while I carry the other end, am I supposed to be a wizard and magically move the couch from my front door to your truck?!! This is an example of pure laziness. I will no longer be using this organization to donate my items and will stick with Salvation Army. Last time I donated to them they sent a 2 man team, and grabbed everything from my previous 3rd floor apartment, and were kind, courteous, and respectful.

Flakey. Failed to pick up on the scheduled day and left me figuring out what to do with a curb full of stuff days before moving across country.
