Awful experience when trying to return an item - manager's attitude was appalling and he clearly had no interest in helping us even though we had pur receipt and were well within the 28 day window. Manager had no interpersonal or customer service skills, goodness knows how he got the job! Went to another store where our matter was dealt with promptly and with no hassle whatsoever. Will never be going to this store again!

Nice and Quiet and Safe ,went to pick up our new Roman blind we ordered,looks beutiful, very well made ,absolutely spot on with new suite and carpet ,lovely friendly polite staff, cant do enough for you, very happy experience well done Ladies in Dunhelm. Xx
