Really unprofessional and poor service. Firstable when I was moving in person who supposed to provide me keys was late half an hour which is really unprofessional and is showing no respect to customers. Another thing was that my boiler was keep breaking because it was really really old and I booked I think second appointment with heating company which was working with Fisher and German. On the day of appointment I called in heating company and asked them to call my mobile number when engineer arrive but they called wrong number (my partner’s who was at work unable to answer phone) and after I was waiting to 8pm and no one came in on the next day I found out that we have been charged 50 for missed appointment which is A JOKE. I was trying to explain everything to agency and send them a lot of screenshots and proofs that heating company called wrong number and they were keep telling me that they still have to charge us which is RIDICULOUS. After my couple of emails no one replied to me so I thought that case is closed and I don’t have to pay anything but I was really WRONG. When we were finally moving out from this house on the final bill they still charged us 50 for missed appointment and when we were trying to explain this AGAIN and AGAIN with proofs and screenshots etc they told us that it’s nothing to do with them and we should contact THEIR HEATING COMPANY to explain that. I gave up and I finally paid that 50 because I couldn’t spend any more of my energy and nerves to keep explaining that to staff of this company. I rather be homeless than rent from them another time. Waste of time and money. Ridiculous.

After numerous phone calls and emails trying to book a viewing of a house they are advertising for rent , after 3 weeks still no reply . Don't advertise your property with Fischer German very unprofessional
