This place was great until the start of the year there were always queues but you could tell staff were working hard to get us loaded. Now there doesn't seem to be any plan the staff all look fed up and there's a chubby mouthy bloke on a constant cig break stood at the office. I used to like it here but now I much prefer collecting from the other terminals.

Really nice area. Was able to drive down a road to get to where I needed to go. The area is tidy but still under construction. Not sure what else to say really. It's a big area with buildings and roads. Go there if you need to go to one of the buildings, but dont if you dont want to.

Best container terminal in the area, staff are friendly and helpful along with the ground staff, you may experience a bit of a wait when its busy or a train is in but as I'm paid by the hour I don't care, theres a little bloke drives the stacker with massive arms, always got a smile on his face and kind of looks like Tom Cruise. All in all its a massive thumbs up from me.

Nice and clean, makes a change, refreshments available would be nice but as a whole a good effort. Only downfalls ques can be very long some days and the small Russian munchkin on the window can be very rude and abbrupt

Not too bad apart from the queue. At least the ground is level, unlike many other terminals!
