Pleasant staff, shortened my coat in couple of hours and did a very good job of it.

Made an absolute mess of my son's coat. Needed a replacement zip putting in. They fitted it with a zip that should of been used in a cushion cover and secondly instead of unpicking the old zip they cut it out. Charged me 17 for this. The zip lasted less than 2 weeks!
