Very happy with my laser eye treatment with optical express. The optician Shezhad was very informative and recommended the best treatment for me. Thank you to all the staff at the Doncaster and Meadowhall store.

I came in to the shop without an appointment as my glasses had broke and they were fixed fairly quickly. The customer service was great and the employees very friendly, I will definitely go back to the store if I need help with my glasses again.

I had my initial assessment at Optical Express in Doncaster June 2017 to see if I was suitable for any form of eye correction. The staff were excellent, explaining everything possible, and after discussing the costs etc had treatment a couple of weeks later in Manchester. Since the op, I’ve been back to Doncaster for the after care appointments, and on each occasion have felt more like a friend than a patient. You are a great team at Doncaster. James, it’s nice to shake your hand each time I visit, you don’t get that in many places these days! Mark., thanks for getting me a good deal, and Shehzed, I think you’re more pleased with my results than me! Thanks Guys. I’m one very happy customer.

Had my eye test today at this office . After being seated for less than 5 minutes I was taken for my eye test and offered a drink.. superb . The eye test was the most fun eye test ever and the optician was so lovely . It's great to find service and a sense of humour . I was handed over to James who also made the experience fun and relaxing. He was very patient whilst I choose my frames.. trust me, that is no easy task! Had a appointment at Doncaster for a assessment for having lens replacement. I was introduced to Kiera who was a lovely girl who put me through the procedure of what will happen before, during and after the surgery. She was very knowledgeable in the subject. Everything was explained in depth before i went to see Optometrist Shehzad who also put you at ease with when he did the eye test. He also explained some more procedures of what will happen on the day. Now i am going to have both my eyes done in May. Thanks to the team at Optical Express for there assurance in having the operation. Thanks N.B

I came across an advert on Instagram about laser eye surgery, I've entered my details and in 2-3 minutes I've been called by someone to arrange an appointment. Everything went smooth and easy. When I got to Optical Express in Doncaster (Frenchgate) I saw straight away I'm in a professional environment. I spoke with Kiera and she explained to me very well what a laser eye surgery means. She is a very pleasant person. It was a pleasure to chat with her. She did some tests on my eyes and she prepared me for the meeting with the doctor, Nadeem. The doctor is a gentleman, very professional and friendly. He explained me again what the surgery means and he did lots of tests on my eyes to see if my eyes are healthy and if I can have the surgery. I'm very happy I've met Kiera and Nadeem and I would recommend them and Optical Express to all of my friends. And btw, all of these were free of charge. Thank you, Optical Express!

From the minute you walk in James and Kerry made you feel welcome and relaxed. With a cup of tea I was given indepth information on the procedures, the benefits and possible disadvantages, also costs involved and the time frames. Their wasn't any pressure to committee, I felt very relaxed throughout my visit. Many thanks guys
