Stoneacre Ford - Doncaster! Top class Picked up my new car just before Christmas. I was pleased to see that they were keen on following guidelines keeping everyone safe ! Also helped they provided me with an appointment ! I was sat at a desk and hadn’t noticed my new car was under a cover! After a quick chat with Rory my car was unveiled ! Looked amazing and I was surprised they’d gone to the effort of trying to make the event a bit more special! Then I was taken into the office filled out the paperwork with Ash! Then shown around my car (at two meters at all times!) and allowed to go! Rory and Ash were both super professional and very likeable guys. Knew what they were talking about and just a pleasure to deal with ! My only niggle was no body contacted me from putting the deposit down to me ringing for an update. Which was about a month? It’s not picking but even if someone called and said no firm date as yet but we haven’t forgot about you - would have gone a long way. But then again does anyone really do this? Highly recommend stoneacre Ford in Doncaster and if you get Rory or Ash you will definitely be looked after.

Worst experience will never go back there in my whole life waisted my time called up 2 days before coming in and the man knew what car we wanted but then he tells us we can’t have it for 3-4 months but didn’t tell us before coming on the phone he was so useless old man who works in notability u shouldn’t be aloud to work there bad experience with him

Couldn't run a bath between them...vehicle has been in 4 times for the same issue now. If it wasn't for the Ford lock-in, this place would be out of business.
