Excellent service and beautiful flowers. Asked for a pm delivery only for my unsuspecting girlfriend to ring me on the day to say she's out of office all afternoon (it's a Friday). Rang Tom Woods up and they sorted out the delivery within the hour, even though the van had gone out on deliverys! Thank you so very much

Very poor quality for the money and extremely late. The shop cpuldn't keep to its own 10 (yes ten hour) delivery slot. I rang to check at 5.30pm having been waiting since 8.00am and was told they were on the van! and still they didn't manage to deliver until two an a half hours later. The delivery charge was over 5.00 A refund of the delivery charge and an apology is needed as this appalling service has ruined my Valentines Day surprise. I wont EVER be buying flowers from this branch again
