I can speak very highly of Whitegates and their lettings staff, as they have all provided me with an exceptional, fully managed service of several rental properties for several years now. Special mention must go to Kelly who has been my main point of contact, but in truth - everyone I've needed to communicate with has always been professional, friendly and efficient. They have always dealt very effectively with problems arising (and in certain areas there have been more than a few of those) and they have access to good trades. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any landlord looking for a good local agent, they have certainly treated me very fairly.
