How ACS Plant works? 1. Clinker, Gypsum and Limestone are transported from the storage site into the Feeding unit. 2. Raw materials are added into the feeding system automatically as per the product recepy. 3. All the Ingredients are then grinded in order to achieve the required fineness. 4. The final product is then stored into the Silos. All the manufacturing processes done are of the highest sophisticated quality. ACS takes an average of 15 minutes to load a truck with a capacity of 30 tons (600 bags). ACS cement is a high quality cement prepared from a well selected range of raw materials. We are equipped with a laboratory Mill for research and development of ACS products. Our cement laboratory is capable of doing all chemical and physical analysis of the cement with complete necessary equipments as per EN standards.
