I ordered a door from another supplier and loved it so much I decided to change my other doors. However, the other supplier did not stock them in their door size so I found Door Superstore. I read the website and they seemed like they supplied quality doors. How wrong could i be! The doors arrived quickly and we booked a joiner to fit them who fitted all our other doors. Despite trying to sort the doors were warped and twisted so have a large gap at the top. On the taking off the cellophane, they were appalling quality. The wood is uneven, primer all over the glass. I asked my decorator to look at them and they said: \are these seconds\ they need fully sanding down, filling and then re-priming before glossing to make them look reasonable. I contacted Door superstore with photos straight away i was obviously from the photos that the doors are not of a fit standard. However, all the Door superstore did was fob me off that they would need to contact their supplier who said because they have been fitted they cannot help. This is very poor service as my contract is with Door Superstore, not the supplier. Now had to raise a dispute with my credit card. Please be careful my doors were not of a good standard.

I would highly recommend this company. My call was answered quickly and politely. Abigail was very helpful and friendly and did all that she could to help. As she had to go to another department for technical help she promised to get back to me with an answer. True to her word she did get back to me very quickly. There are so many companies out there that claim to give excellent customer service but this company actually do it!!!
What a welcome change to experience a company that actually does ring you back when it promises, takes time to talk things through, is patient, polite and makes you feel valued. I cannot recommend them too highly. They really do understand the concept of customer service. Very informative and detailed website, too. Thanks a lot.
Massive choice of doors at very competitive prices, the delivery was arranged with no fuss, and was on schedule. The doors were well packaged when delivered. The customer service has been excellent throughout, as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong sets of handles etc, but my query was answered straight away regarding returning them for a refund... and I was given easy to follow instructions for easy return, and my refund was chased up as soon as I emailed the staff letting them know I'd posted the package back... And my money was back in my account really quickly, no quibble! All in all I highly recommend Door Superstore... Excellent company, and great customer service all round.
Company responded well to my needs and helped me find a good outcome to my project.
