We celebrated our wedding at Doral Receptions Hall on October 31st, 2015. Although, it was a HalloWedding it was one of the most magical evenings of our lives. The venue and the decorations were exactly what we envisioned and more. The staff was professional, courteous and amazing. They not only attended to all of our needs but they also went out of their way to ensure that our guests were happy as well, without missing a beat. Our photographer, Marcos and our florist, Vicky were amazing to coordinate with. We highly recommend this venue for any and all special occasions. A special thank you to Jessika & Clara for a once in a lifetime event.

The person (female) in charge claimed to be the owner and could do everything she wants to, even kick you out. Very very disrespectul. It was during a birthday party of a very good friend of mine. Feb. 2nd, 2018. I didn’t want to ruin my friend’s party and didn’t call the police.
People here are very courteous. The place is beautiful and the service is amazing. I totally recommend it!!!

I had my daughter 15th here in August 2017 so very recent the management are a pain in the you know what to deal with they have told us they were gonna lay down a red carpet and open bar for the guest as they were arriving which never happened they didn't let anyone go inside the place not even the cort that was dancing to practice one last time horrible experience with them The catering food was ok and the service personnel was nice. I wouldn't recommend this place for your party at all.
We would like to thank the Doral Reception Hall staff for the beautiful time we had. We recently celebrated a Sweet Sixteenth Birthday. The guests and birthday girl were extremely happy for the wonderful time they had. Everything went well. Every staff member was extremely attentive and courteous. They were extremely professional from the catering staff, DJ, to the master of ceremony, Deisy, beautiful cake from E& M, flower arrangements from Natinel, and pictures from Mr. Varela. Thank you, Carmen for coordinating this event.
I would like to thank Carmen for coordinating the event. Everything went excellent, the whole process was great.. Fabulous cake by E&M , Mercy the MC was on time and attentive at the day of he event. The reason why I don't rate it 5 stars is the DJ, after coordinating everything with the DJ ... Went over the phone with the songs we wanted etc.. We found out at the reception that the DJ couldn't make it, was replaced last minute by another DJ who had no idea what was going on, what we wanted , none of our requests were extended to him.. Didn't know how to keep the crow going.. One of the servers refused to bring a drink to the table to my brother in law, told him plain and simple to go to the bar.. And... They started ripping off the crystal beads from the centerpieces while my guests were still at the table, ( beads I paid for, stated on the invoice from Natinel Designs) after complaining I was told by a lady in the kitchen that Natinel told her to take them off because they were hers.. ( why did I get charged 5 dol per table for?) the owner immediately told them to give them back. But .. What could I do if they were ripped off the arrangement, go back and out them myself , in front if all my guests? They were handed inside a ziplock bag for me to take home . It was stated on our contract the cake was going to be served with ice cream and a coffee station.. Never saw the coffee.. We were told on our your that the light by the walls will have our color theme.. They were broken .. Conclusion: the staff at the office.. Excellent.. Not so sure what you would get on the day of your event..
