Was a regular having bought my turtles from the original store some years ago now. The owner was helpful, passionate and knowledgeable. It was as difficult when he stopped selling the food I was recommended when they moved premises however I remained loyal, shopping here for anything else needed. However there have been numerous occasions where my husband and I have tried to shop with her only to find it closed with no explanation. Recently, I have noticed my turtles behaviour change, since this I have tried to cal the store everyday for advice. However the phone has not once been answered. Failing this I went on to message them directly from this page having seen they were active earlier the same day, only to find this line of communication fail too. One of my turtles has now severely injured the other.
