I was in store last week for a big purchase of gifts for many family members. I walked in after having already had a bad morning to be greeted by Jack. Right from there,he changed my entire mood! He was very knowledgeable, very attentive, and an overall huge help. Jack was incredible from start to finish and I will definitely be coming back for him!

Hands down the best carhart store I've ever been to! The whole staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I had called to see if they had something in stock because I was coming from the cape and Keen was the person that helped me. He was just so nice and went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and he held it till I got there. When I got there everyone was so nice and professional. I would definitely shop there again!
If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I made my first trip in last week and from the second I walked into the store the service was top notch from each and every employee. I took a trip back in on Saturday and I was greeted with “you are back.” Wow, if that’s not a huge remembering your customers. The selection in the store is unbelievable. Anything you need they have. It is worth the trip in so many ways.
Outstanding leadership by the manager (Josh I think his name was) to clear up our receipt due to a missed discount. The entire team helped us throughout our experience in the store. Everyone took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Carhartt is one of my favorite stores, and this is now my favorite location! Thank you guys.

Carhartt is the best place for sweatshirts. They are comfortable, durable, and they come in great colors. I highly recommend.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the second I walked into the store. The sales associate (Keem) checked out back for more sizes for me and made sure I found everything I was looking for. This location has a bigger selection than the Dedham location. I’ve always worn Carhartt and I’m happy they are in Boston now. Fitting rooms were open to try on clothes even during Corona. Carhartt products are the best, they last forever. They offer discounts for military and first responders and more.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Today was my second time shopping there and I look forward to going back real soon. I first went into the store a few weeks ago and got brand new boots, jeans, long sleeve shirt, hat and hoodie for around 260. Today I did the same thing but I also got a face warmer and a vest and it cost me under 240. The prices are great and the store has everything that I was looking for. All of the staff were professional, helpful, patient and kind. The staff made me feel like I was one of their own. Like we were one big family and I was their brother.
