I wanted to go from a dyed blonde back to my natural brown color and decided to come here to get it done. Not only did I receive the worst cut and color of my life but the stylist was incredibly unprofessional, telling me "youre going to regret this" while putting the dye in my hair because "every girl regrets leaving blonde". She left me in the sink chair for a full hour and a half while my hair was processing, as I watched her consult another client, color, then cut their hair. The other customer left the store before I left the sink chair. On top of that the color is horribly uneven with the front part of my hair being dark brown and the back almost blonde. On top of THAT the cut is chunky and uneven. I have resisted writing this review for a month but the longer I look the worse my haircut gets. this is the worst haircut of my life
