This has to be one of the nicest places to shop. The gentleman who manages the queue and the door is brilliant! So kind,friendly and helpful, making sure no elderly or frail have to queue longer than strictly necessary. The staff inside are great too and the selection of goods is of the usual Waitrose high quality. Even the view as you queue to pay, of the Surrey Downs makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Well done Waitrose Dorking!

Well managed store with excellent friendly staff. Good range of products, fresh produce particularly good. A little more expensive than the alternatives in the town but the service makes it worth the visit.

Love this store. Has such great choice and easy to find what I need.
One of the best Waitrose, good size and spacious, doesn't feel overcrowded even when busy. A great team there to from the door team to check outs. Has sufficient parking too.
