I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE! One star is too high of a rating. this place is a joke. My insurance company recommended me to contact them to take care of a citation I had received. So I did. After calling/emailing, my 1st point of contact with them was through text message, and after my wife and I read it we both agreed whoever was on the other side of the phone was rude and not helpful, and did not care to have my business. I made an appointment anyway. Which they did not stick to..... received no phone call from them as promised. So I called and asked what was going on and their response was o one has contacted you yet??\ to which of course I said no and asked what my next step was. And they told me to stand by and someone would still call me. I then called the court house to get an extension for 2 weeks. I had to text the random number again, to setup another appointment, and yet again had to reschedule. Finally was able to get someone on the phone, which could not answer my question, was told she was going to call me back, days went by no phone call, so I texted again, emailed twice, too finally get a response back saying someone would check in to it, now at that point we were 4 days past my extension! So finally get my last email from them which is stating, they had done nothing, and want 1000 retainer. If they would have told me that over the phone weeks ago I could have had time to either pay the retainer or find another attorney! They have to be the absolute worst law firm I have ever had to deal with. they put me a bind, with very little contact, they do not care about there customers!!! If any one is reading this please take your business elsewhere.
