It depends what you are looking for...this could be heaven for those who want quiet, simple and out of the way spot. It is the simplest provincial park I have ever been to. It has a small- maybe 5 campsites? A handful of picnic tables and a swing set with 2 swings. Outhouses on site, I suspect they had running water with size but not positive. There was a water pump on site. There is a lake that would be fun with a small boat. I did see a primitive boat launch area. Small "beach" area with small, nearly sand pebbles. If you want a park with more amenities or just more, this is not for you. It was a fun find for us on a warm & windy day but I would only go back if it was a need to be in a rustic and primitive place.

Very beautiful little campground. The lake is nasty as heck, but if you're just looking for a quiet place to camp and hang out, it's nice

Although a little bit out-of-the-way, this is an amazing spot to come camping, the campground was amazingly clean, well-kept, and very quiet, even on the long weekend, I would highly recommend this for anyone that likes camping in a nice spot , limited cell service

Beautiful place. Huge lake. If you go swimming there is leeches in the lake

Gravel roads to get to the basic campground, prairie environment, lots of birds. Nice to camp beside a lake.

Road to the park is very bad. The park is closed on Oct. 9/2020. Not worth to go there.

Nice grounds and you can go to the ghost town and find this hidden gem that not many may now about. Clean grounds and nice scenery but I sure did enjoy the ghost town in Dorothy Alberta. Definitely a unique adventure and well worth staying at these campgrounds. I recommend this to anyone. Lots to do in this neck of the woods. Definitely an Alberta treasure.
