Always amazing service. Went in to buy a new harness (can only find the brand I want at Animo)because the old one was too small. The woman at the store was super helpful and even looked at my old harness and although I thought it couldn't be adjusted anymore managed to make it larger. She may have lost the sale of a new harness but she gained a customer. I'll be picking up all of my pets needs here from now on. Thanks!
