I purchased a new shower kit at Bain Depot West Island, and I must say I received excellent customer service from Francis Perez. There was a delay in the doors for the shower kit I had ordered in early March which would delay my bathroom project by two weeks. With a lot of searching on his part, he managed to secure me another model of shower kit and was able to locate all the parts in other Bain Depot stores so I would not need to postpone my bathroom project. Thank you Francis for going that extra mile to help a customer.!! Great customer service!
