I contacted 5 contractors who told me that they could not install the units in my preferred areas. However thanks to Sal's willingness to take the additional time and cordinate with his crew they were able to get the job done. Thanks to Marcelo and his installation team and Sal's professionalism we were able to get the desired results that the other contractors said would not be possible. Appreciate the hard work. Sam & Jo

Had click air install a supplementary ac system a couple of years ago and was very happy with their work. Called them a couple of weeks ago for a service call on my primary heating system. This was another story... The technician seemed rushed, removed a component from the furnace without properly understanding its function and told me i needed a new thermostat. Conveniently he had one to sell me. With no time to research what is being offered and needing reliable heating in the middle on winter I had to say yes. Only after they left did I have time to examine the new thermostat. It does not function properly with a heat pump and electric furnace as auxiliary/emergency heat. My old thermostat would switch over instantly from heat pump to furnace if a heat demand was above what the heat pump could produce. This new thermostat turns the heat pump off and waits 5 minutes to activate the furnace. It does not have the same functionality. Also the honeywell t6 pro thermostat sold to me cost 225 plus installation time when it is less than half that at the store. Online reviews for this model are terrible BTW. So I called and asked to return and be refunded the thermostat. I was told they had no use for a used thermostat and would not refund it. Had I bought this thermostat at a hardware store they would accept a return no questions asked. I don't understand why they will not accept a return on a product that does not work properly with my system. I was promised a call from a supervisor who wasn't in when I called because he was working from home, but that was clearly just to brush me off since I never got a call. It is unfortunate that for a 225 thermostat they are willing to throw away my future business and recommendations. They don't seem to stand behind the products they resell. This whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.
The service is exceptional, my warranty was expired but they managed by communicating with the factory back and forth get them to extend the warranty with no charge and they even send the best technician (peter) come twice and have it replaced and still no charge, I like to thank all the staff behind this, starting with Jessica, she made all this happened, amazing girl , and the rest of staff who played a role in this ( Danielle, Tyler, Peter and Sal) to all of you thank you!!! The 5 stars is definitely deserved.
Vince, Sal and team have been nothing short of excellent. We bought our first house where the heat pump had been giving us loads of trouble, and we needed to replace it. They were quick, accommodating, professional and managed our expectations through out the process. They even bring the show room to you! Would recommend their products and services to anyone.
Very satisfied with the installation of an A/C. Mario and Marcelo worked very hard and did a beautiful A job. Sal was the mastermind behind the architect of the duct and vent pipe route, which minimized use of interior space compare to design strategies that we received from other companies. It really impressed us that Sal paid a post-installation visit the same day! Iris' assistance is deeply appreciated. It's a great team and we will definitely recommend Click Air to friends
