Unprofessional, inexperienced movers, 4hours late due to the truck not starting, advised only hours later of the delay. We were told they would put paper down on the floor, in order not make a mess, at both the home we sold and the condo we were moving into, not done. They put the paper only on the stairs of our home, not to happy when we told them remove their boots at the condo. A little damage to the floor and furniture. At the end the truck didn’t start again, employees called US to help them, they should have known who to call at the company to assist in this matter. The fridge was removed with the top facing down, that should never happen. I did call the representative to advise they needed to tow the truck, they could not leave it blocking the entrance of the condo. To our surprise in the morning the condo management called expressing they had received complaints starting at midnight, this truck MUST be moved. We called the company again, only to be told, things happen and who would they call at 10:30pm to tow the truck. Truck FINALLY moved at 1:00pm that day. I realize life can throw you curve balls, but unfortunately this was a MOVE from HELL! Out of total frustration and exhaustion we paid the bill and tipped the movers just to be done with move.

5 star for this company, reliable professional and reasonably priced. made my move a lot easier , the movers were extra careful in handling my furniture, and they were on time. I would hire them again if I ever moved.
I had a long distance move from chateauguay to Toronto. The price was way cheaper than other companies and I decided to move with this company which I am glad about, furniture was well taken care of with no scratches, and no missing stuff, movers were very active and were coordinating with each other well and took very well care of my belongings. I was very happy with their service. If I would ever move again I would move with this company for sure.
Very unprofessional. Dammaged many goods and refused to reimburse.
Amazing service, the movers worked non-stop for 13 hours and they were ready to go again, strong reliable company would recommend this to anyone looking for professional company to move, would like to thank the staff at the office for making my day and my move go smoothly.
