We have been using Dicom parcel & freight for a couple of years now and are totally happy with the service. The service is fast and efficient. Unfortunately the rates have recently gone up like everything else. The only improvement I suggest is to have some way of paying online, either on their website or by online banking, or even etransfer. Running a small business, this is the only payment that I actually have to write a check and mail the payment. Both bigger and smaller companies have a way of paying electronically, so there really is no excuse except not being bothered to do so. Dear owner, I have tried that and the only option I was given is for a wire transfer that costs a lot of money.
This is my first time to use DICOM courier service. Shubhangi Ranpara was my first Contact Sales Representative, she was very nice, patient & fast replied my questions. Her Teammates Andrea Flores (Shipping Team) kept in touch & updated my Parcel's location. My client replied me very satisfied received the parcel so fast & in good condition. I would like to thank you Transportation department their fast delivery service. Once again thank you Shubhangi Ranpara & Andrea Flores, Rafael Hidalgo Cardenas for helping me. Promised to call me back with an update on my delivery and 4 days later still nothing. Called again and was put on hold for just shy of 8 minutes and then hung up on. They never called back after hanging up (they had my information when the call was first answered) so I had to call again. FYI - Package picked up March 12th in Ontario and not delivered until March 22nd in BC. (Edit #1) - I wrote above that the package was delivered on March 22nd but I jumped the gun on that one. I was told in the morning that the package was out for delivery so I assumed I would get it before I close at 3PM. I was wrong. Can I take my one star back?

From the very beginning Paul Bouwman from Dicom has been nothing but professional and efficient with setting us up.
