That’s right… The mirror! We all aspire to see the ultimate reflection of ourselves there and wonder what does it take to have the reflection of our healthy fitness icons. Well… That is exactly what motivated us to do something and follow the saying that goes “monkey see, monkey do”. As simple as it is, Mirror encourages you to do just that. Basically, Mirror App is a Montreal based start-up that has been, for the past 2 years, working on the development of a social platform 100% dedicated to health and fitness. What was just an idea inspired by the struggles of starting to work out at a late age without any knowledge whatsoever, quickly became a “what we like to think” being the missing piece in the industry. That piece that will, on one side, help mentors, icons and role models share their knowledge and best practices to all, and on the other side, inspire people to mirror what experts do.
