If I could give this airlines -1000 stars I would. They don’t deserve anything more than that. Their unhelpful customer service team cancelled my mothers ticket more than 3 months ago, without my confirmation, then I had to follow up on it forever, and eventuality after sending more than 20 emails, they mentioned it was me who requested a refund and canceled my case without getting a chance to ask for proper documents to prove the fact that I did it. You are a cheating company that I will never recommend you to any body. I have no words for how disgusting my whole experience with this airline has been. NEVER AGAIN.
terrible service, not responsible, bad customer service. i paid double in their website for the flight thinking it is a good company. they refused us and the others on the flight, then left us hanging in our transit point in middle of no where. this airline is the worst, customer service is 0. you call them and they can not even help you and they say we are just phone operator. if you don't believe me just try it by yourself. give them a call. in a world that each airline is trying to have their customers loyalty, Qatar is the loser one.
I am having a terrible experience with their customer relations team. I highly recommend using Emirates airline as they have always been offering me the best services.
