As a 1st time Volkswagen owner, I have to say I was very impressed with the service that I received at the service department. Earlier in December 2019 my coolant was low and I went to pickup some at the parts department. They told me to drive it in and they would top it for me. -No charge. Last week I brought it in my 2016 Golf for the 45,000 scheduled service and was going to wait for it. Man, they told me it would about 1 hour and they did it in a 1 hour 10 minutes. This is a first, under 2 hours!! Compared to all my other (non-Volks) cars that I have owned, it would be at least 2-3 hours, you figure I was at a doctors office!! Pascal the service Consultant did a great job from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Guys keep up the great work!! Bill

Sloppy careless service. I've had 3 service appointments here and none went well. 1st time was for the 60k inspection. They quoted me for a repair but since it wasn't urgent I decided to wait due to the extra expense. Read through my warranty and turns out it's covered, but they only bothered to check this when I called back... so I had to go back a 2nd time to get that work done. If they had checked that I had a warranty, I could have done this at the same time as the 60k. Picked up my car and noticed my steering wheel alignment was completely crooked. The service department was about to close, so I was told too bad come back the next day... Had to return again and waste more time! A few months later I had a heating problem fixed where they had to dismantle the dash. My car was given back with nicks in the plastic where they used their tools to pry the dash parts off, smears all over the windshield and black handprints on the white fabric of the windshield pillars which was hard to clean off. Since then the dash squeaks and rattles when I hit any bump on the road. I gave them a 2nd chance as it's the only dealership close to my work, but I won't be making that mistake again.
