Savanah is a new agent. However, you wouldn't know it if she didn't say so. When I finally knew she was new, I thought, here goes a nightmare. But being retired active duty Army, I know the importance of training and giving newbies a chance to learn and grow. I fully expected glitch after glitch and delay after delay. WRONG! When renting, buying, or selling, the team is very thorough. I rented my home with them when it would not sell with another agent and after a year of renting with a great tenant, they sold it off market. During the year of renting, they kept the property in good shape and made sure all maintenance requests were taken care of. They made the process worry free and they were there to answer every questions I had.
