Was treated by staff very poorly, I was in a wheelchair my granddaughter wheeled me into the office and signed me in, then she had to go to work, my appointment was scheduled for 3:15, but didn't get called until 4:40. All other patiences were gone not any of the staff showed any concerns, as to why all other patiences had been seen why I was still there. I called my daughter called in take and complained, she was told I wasn't scheduled for today, which was not true I have the text on my phone, where the clinic had texted me for 2/8/18 for 3:15 appointment. Then when doctor visit was over, one of the staff wheeled me down to lobby and left. The staff I feel do not have any concerns for patients feelings no one apologized for the long wait, when I called the following day, I was told I should have registered myself in, I said my granddaughter did the office manager disputed me, Until I explained I filled out all the information on the form given me, then the office manager said I should have called the in take and let them know I was still waiting. After giving me the clipboard and explaining that I was there for wellness check up, I felt they knew I was there waiting, I don't feel responsible for doing their job, as to remembering people they have checked in.
