I LOVE Alabama! Cindy, the Service Manager called when she received our email request for service. I cannot commend her work ethic, depth of knowledge, and desire for excellence enough. We were north of Dothan, AL and were lucky enough that we lost power right next to Mr D’s RV park! (Also, lovely folks!) Cindy realized our situation and was able to locate one of their techs, Josh, who had the right equipment with him to diagnose the problem and make the adjustments to get us back on the road. Email out a little after 3:00 pm on a Saturday and problem was resolved by 7:00 pm!!!! Way to go, Josh and Cindy!!! Please give Cindy a call or send her a service request through their website. She’s amazing!!!

Complete rip-off, they don’t tell you the price of service prior to doing the service. Have a tendency to embellish the work needed so that they can make more money off of you using minor and insignificant things. Would not recommend.
