Soooooooo I liked it. I seen all the reviews and decided to stay to give it a try & I was not disappointed. First the Gemini & Aries up front WERE FANTASTIC. I really loved their customer service. The lobby was nice. The room itself was decent. Nice bed, nice tv... love the mirror being a closet. It was okay for the price and would def stay here again BUT there are some things they should change. One the doors...OMG OMG OMG they slam. Waking up to slamming doors is so a no no what if I was traveling and needed some good sleep. The doors need to be changed. Go ahead and spend those coins and do that; your guest deserves that. Two...the toilet water... ummmm needs more. Let’s be real, when you take a poop it should go in the water ... more waattteeerrr. Other than that, I like it. The water got hot so I LOVED that. Oh, and Haley I believe her name was (housekeeping) she was nice but she was tired. I left for Destin and came back she was still cleaning. Make sure you all are treating your workers right; they make your business more than you know. Excuse pics (tried to show the room before checking out smh) ️️️️️️

We had a mix up on our reservation and the front desk clerks bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were a pleasure to work with. When it came to dinner, the clerks were again very helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and we felt safe there. I would definitely recommend a stay here for any weary traveler.
It was a good place to stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Lot of activity around the area. Convenient location.
The first room I was in smelled like wet dog and the adjacent room had a dog barking loudly it was 9:45 when we checked in so they put us in a different room. This room was also near a customer who also had a dog actually two dogs but the owner was able to control hers. The bed covers are bleached out and carpet needs replacement. BUT the breakfast was excellent and we had a peaceful night. The pillow and mattress were very comfortable.
I booked their event room at the beginning of January in the middle of their remodeling but they assured me that the room would be ready for February 20, 2021 for my daughter's baby shower. On February 20, this room was not finished! The electrical outlets did not have coverings on them, they didn't supply me with the rectangle tables like they said, the chairs had to be taken out of closet and wiped down before my eyes. Maintenance didn"t know anything about the event. I paid 170 for this room and didn't get 40 worth of service. I complained that very day and all I got was someone will contact you on Monday because the owner is out of country. No one ever called. I visited the facility later that week and got the same thing and til this very day, March 10, 2021, I have yet to here anything from this company. This is very disrespectful and lack of management. Will never get my service for anything!!!
Always stay here when I'm working out of town. Miss Jennifer at the front desk is awesome. Wish we had two or three more like her she always makes my stay Pleasant. And she will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant stay! Would recommend this location for friends and family with kids and pets.
First, staff is extremely friendly and nice. That's the best thing I have to say about this hotel. I know it's a season of social distancing, however don't advertise breakfast if you're not going to have it. Think outside the box and protect you customers at the same time. A different hotel offered a brown bag containing breakfast sandwiches and yogurt. There was a Waffel House next store. How about a 5 voucher to go eat there. Drum up business for your neighboring business. 90 for a room should at least offer some form of what they advertise. There was a lot of noise in the halls at 11:30 pm, making it hard to get rest.
Room was clean, beds comfortable, we really liked the fact that they are pet friendly for free, hotel was nice even though they are updating it, breakfast bar had a nice variety of food and it tasted great ,I'm very happy we stayed here, we are staying here at the end of the month for 2 nights great hotel
