I have been a contractor for 20 years and never had some much aggravation getting a dumpster picked up. Never again will I work with them.

We have had problems since we began doing business with MDI. We wanted an 8 yard dumpster, and the salesman quoted us the price of a 6 yard. We were on pick up on request and sometimes it would get picked up and sometimes it wouldn’t. Also, we would get the bill on or after the due date. We would call and ask for the bill to be sent sooner, and the girl that handled the billing just laughed at us. When they would dump the dumpster, they would swap it out. Most of the times they would bring out a smaller dumpster. Then when we would call about them bringing us the smaller dumpster, they would argue with us that it was the larger 1. They don’t seem to care about individual customers only municipalities where they get paid much more than is single business.
Damaged property and still haven't fixed it which the driver didn't want any us notifying the company and now we have property damage where they run in the yard nearly hitting a stop sign. We have markers in the yard to keep people from running into the yard. Plus children are at play in the neighborhood.I never had issues before til this driver. Corporate was called to fix the issue and yet have they. The receptionist was very pleasant and seemed to care unlike the manager which was very unprofessional
About 3 years ago I had to move in with my 87 year old mother and 67 year old retarded brother to take care of them. I was in the kitchen working one Thursday and noticed a guy walking back up the driveway with her garbage can. Mother informed me that they always bring her garbage can back up the driveway for her! I thought that was so cool!! You do not see many people going out of their way to help someone anymore. Mark Dunning Industries is very blessed to have people like this working for them!!!
Hi just wanted to say thank you to John Arwood with National Garbage Man Day for connecting me with MDI in St. Marys GA. They brought out a garbage truck to his birthday party.
Great service. Just wish our neighbors would get a trash service and stop letting their trash blow all over the neighborhood here in Ariton.
Terrible service!!! They drove right past me while I was standing next to my trash can and did not stop. When I contacted their management I was told it was my fault and I didn't have my trash out on time. I was also told that I've been warned several times. This was the first interaction I ever had with the company.
