Depending on which room you get, you get a full size place like an apartment. For that reason it's because they turned some buildings that were actually apartments to hotel spaces. So you'd be lucky enough to rent one of those out. They are very spacious and you'd feel like you want to move in. You get a full size kitchen with a bar including appliances and dishes, then you have your dining area with full set up, then a living room also full of space an set up with television as well and then a spacious bathroom followed by your bedroom with a walk in closet and television and side furniture.. it's an awesome setup. The photos online do not do it justice. So don't assume the photos you see on their site is what it look like, those just show you the typical spaces. You have to really analyze what's in the room description to know if your getting one of the apartment style rooms. The only other way you'd know is when they assign your room because you would be directed to certain buildings and when you pull up, it will not look like hotel rooms at all but apartment buildings. That's when you know you booked the good rooms I'm referring to, otherwise the other rooms are just your typical hotel spaces you see online. If you book properly on certain days or in advance on certain days you get deals for those rooms at same price for the regular rooms.

I won't be coming back to this hotel. It's my birthday weekend and my husband booked this room for us and I am truly disappointed.
My experience was good. The room was very clean, grounds of hotel clean, it smelled fresh. I was overall satisfied and would book this hotel again. No bugs! The only issue I had was the inside door knob wasn't fastened correctly so It kept coming off. Otherwise a 5 star experience.
The gal working was real nice. The room was ok, not as nice as I thought. For that king of money they don't put it back into the hotel like they should. I had to kneel in the tub to wash my hair. Do hotels think that everyone is 6 ft. or talker? The shower head needed to be replaced or cleaned, it took forever to shower. It wasn't worth the 80. we spent per night and that was with a discount. If you hotel people are going to charge so much then put money back into the rooms. New shower heads, carpet, fix door jams so you can't see outside when the door is shut. The main door I'm talking about.
It's an okay place but are so called free breakfast due to covid is a joke
Advertised as a non smoking room but the room smelled of cigarettes. Couldn't get rid of the smell. Our personal pillows even absorbed the smell and had to be cleaned. There were cigarette burns on the comforter. The kitchenette was nasty. The shower was nasty. The shower floor was brown...I took some clorox and with little effort was able to clean it, so that concerns me about the effort used to clean it in the first place. The room was so humid, it was hard to sleep. I never felt clean here and couldn't wait to get back to my own shower.
Check in was fast and the receptionist was very professional. We got the room accomodations we requested. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in during our trips in a minute . It was quiet and close to most areas we visit. We was too comfortable to hit the free breakfast but we plan to get that in next visit perhaps?
Stayed over 2020 Christmas holidays. It was much better than I expected considering price. When hubby told me how cheap it was I mentally prepared myself for the worst. I was very pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was closed due to covid but check in window was quick and easy. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only issue was room phone didn't work. Not really a problem for me but would be if I didn't have a cell phone. We informed staff when we checked out so I'm sure it's fixed now.
