Wesley came out to help us after another company never showed. He was very polite, professional, and communicated well. He checked over our brakes to figure out what was wrong and changed the caliper. Before he came, he called to let us know where he was. He got our VIN number to be sure to get the correct part. And while he was there he kept us informed of what he was doing. He made our anxiety melt away and we were no longer worried.

Our refrigerated trailer where we keep all thof keptour inventory for the restaurant threw the belt on the evening of July 4th very busy for us it could have been a disaster but luckily for us Wesley with truckers 24 hour in panama city showed up and brought a belt without me having to ask and was very thorough with his inspection told me the problem and even picked the appropriate belt up & came back out mon morning to install it. We will be calling truckers 24 hour,Wesley has earned our buisness for your company.

Very disappointed. I called this Roadside Service at 7:20 pm on 6-28-19 from the East side of Dothan, Al. The Dispatch said he would have a technician call me. The Dispatch took all my information for the technician to get a hold of me right up to my location! As of 12:20 am 6-29-19 I have received no call back. My wife drove from 170mi away to bring what I needed to get up and running. Poor quality of service is not my style of business!
Good staff just take on more then they can handle.
