We had our furnace replaced today & neither tech wore a mask, as mandated my the state! Even after my husband asked them to put one on, the had it on but it was pulled all the way down. The tech who initially came out to take measurements for the furnace prior to today didn’t wear one either. We rent our home so I talked to my landlord about it when they came the first time. They clearly don’t have good communication with their employees or the employees don’t care at all. I’m thankful we have heat again but disgusted with their professionalism especially during a global pandemic.
