Nick and Trevor who dealt with me were friendly, homely, efficient and very helpful, I had used a previous undertaker for my uncles funeral and they ruined it completely so when going to Douglas Mercer I was very sceptical but they put me at ease straightaway and on the day of my mums funeral Trevor could not do enough for me and made the day from being sad to being at ease, and when the time comes to use an undertaker again they will be the first I will go to, and would advise anybody in the same area to use them as they will not disappoint you
