Douglas Motorcycles - Douglas Triumph and his guys are friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to take care of me when I came in looking for a relatively inexpensive item. I really felt like them wanted my business no matter how small. I will certainly come back for service and tires.

I recently purchased a Triumph Speed Twin from them. I've been riding since 1969 and can assure you that they are very knowledgeable. They are also avid motorcyclists and easy to talk to about your specific needs.
Top notch place with great people. I have been dealing with art for the past 10 years and he couldn't be any nicer. Art treats everyone like family and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. His shop is also the highest rated in customer satisfaction and highest grossing in the U.S.

I bought my bike form Doug Douglas Motorcycles in 2007. Although my bike had some troubles, the dealership always went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I've owned motorcycles for over 30 years and always had good and bad relationships with dealers but these guys are hands down, the best! It's truly a pleasure dealing with Art, Danny, and Dave
Same day a installs are rare, I had a set of new tires put on here, I drive a Ducati, but they were happy to help. I even asked for a small piece of safety wire that is necessary for securing one of the nuts on my swingarm and they were happy to give it to me free of charge. I was treated well, the service was exceptional, and the people are nice. Side note. Service department is to the left when entering, Parts department is to the right when entering, Thanks again guys. -Nate
My first time and my last time was a year ago. I went in for a simple repair. I asked the tech to save the replaced part for me. They didn’t save the part. When I asked for the replaced part... Head mechanic looks over to the other mechanic and says, did you throw that part out ? Yeah, reply’s the other mechanic. Lol I’m currently looking for a place to do some repairs. I will NEVER go back to this shop again. My first time in, I make a simple request. How do I know that the part was replaced ? How do I know what happened ? Why would they throw that part out when I specifically asked for it ? I own my own small business since 1994 We’ve got 5 stars If a client asks for something specifically, we make sure to accommodate them. The way this was handled didn’t give me confidence in your dealership / mechanic If there was 0 stars, I would have put that down ! Happy anniversary ... Why didn’t I write this review at the time ? I was too angry about it, it would have been unfair to comment / review as angry as I was a year ago. I have nothing good to say about my service experience. Actually, i do, it was better to be inside the garage than the blistering sun. Lmao
Bummer. I was trying to get an appointment here and just now the Service Guy texted me that they are closing their doors permanently. That's a real shame.
