After looking into some new windows from three different places, we chose to order from Douglas. They have a rep. Brandon who is AMAZING with help figuring out exactly what you need. Their prices were better than anyone else, and their windows I ordered have a lifetime warranty. The windows came, were installed and are beautiful. Exactly to the detail what we wanted. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future!

Our new front door has turned out perfectly!! Our experience with Douglas Windows & Doors couldn't have been any better! Right from the beginning Luc was great to work with. He spent the time with us to design our front door to get exactly what we wanted (And We had NO idea what we wanted by the way)! Thank you to Robin who made the date and time we needed for install to work and to the installers who did a meticulous job! They were so detail orientated and made sure that we ended up with exactly what we wanted! Thank you all so much! We could not be happier! I have attached the Before and After pictured!
Had a new window replace and because of covid having a impact on supply I was scheduled for March but got my window being of Feb. Install was quick and super nice guys.
We are so happy with our new windows. From beginning to end of the process, the sales and installation team exceeded our expectations. The installation team were very professional, worked super hard and made sure that when they were at end of job, every room was clean and neat. We can already feel a difference in our home! No more drafts and each room feels warmer. Great job!!!
I rarely write reviews, but unfortunately I am compelled to write this one. Below is a list of issues. 1.\tScrew holes in finished face of window. Window was put in without notifying home owner and was discovered during inspection and if not discovered, we would of never known. It was covered up by caulking. Zero reification offered, just an \oh well\. Its the factory! 2.\tWrong size brick mould 2” instead of 1 3/16” discovered during inspection during installation, we were never notified of the change. 3.\tDid not get factory installed Foot Lock for patio door. 4.\tDid not get factory installed Double lock for patio door. 5. Windows ordered August 6, installed late November 27. 6.\tPer Douglas windows statement to us, Install Manager was supposed to do door conversion and windows, installers were sub-contractors not “EMPLOYEES” of Douglas windows as previous stated that they would be Douglas employees. 7.\tDidn’t drywall the door conversion are quoted. 8.\tDidn’t fill nail holes in interior trim. 9.\tCaulking outside not very professional, rushed, sloppy job. 10.\tFlashing under door conversion bowed. As of January, no one has responded back to us when we presented the above list. They did offer to put locks on the patio door, but they would be after the fact and not factory installed. We did take the parts for the door as we did pay for them.They were paid in full the day after the install. I honor my contracts! Sorry to say, I would not recommend. I will update if and when they contact us again. Sorry all my photos seem to be missing.
