I have been waiting to give this review for a very long time. In all honesty this place was a bad place to live and I do not recommend it at all. Neighborhood wise it’s pretty quiet and the people that live there are nice, management wise needs a brand new supervisor and maintenance team. Jane has been the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever met especially when it came to the simplest things. It's as if she did not understand and would make slick remarks. When Pinnacle took over at the beginning of 2020 I had reached out to maintenance and management including Jane and Andrew about some mold i found in the apartment, well needless to say maintenance came down and checked it out and i quote said “it is not mold” but they went ahead and sprayed bleached where there was black mold coming out. A couple months passed and I saw it reach the surface again and the same thing happened and this time i reached out to Jane and decided to go hire up and spoke to Luisa Bueno Regional Property Manager but she was no help either like AT ALL, mind you I also reached out to her about how rude Jane is and seems like they could care less. We lived a whole year with mold getting sick on and off due to the mold until they finally decided they had mold and THEY ended our lease early due to the fact of how bad it was. No apology for having us live there in that circumstance or hey you were right you know? Besides that the dumpster there gets disgusting and piles up all the way to the curve!! But Breonna and Andrew were the most helpful people and honestly tried their best to get everything situated with us about any problem that we had. And I think Andrew should become the Supervisor of the property. Overall it was the worst experience for a first time apartment and I do not recommend it’s not worth living there for the price that they are giving you. There is more but I've already made it long enough.

I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Horrible customer service, extremely slow maintenance response times, and the units are becoming very run down. With so many choices nearby, this should be your last option. They claim not to have time to make repairs, yet they seem to have time to do very odd things. Last weekend, they had a \crew\ out placing bright orange stickers on people's vehicles that they deemed had broken some imaginary rules. My neighbor was \stickered\ for parking in a \handicapped spot.\ Well, firstly, the spot isn't marked in ANY way. Secondly, if they'd bothered to look, she has a GEORGIA DISABLED VETERAN license plate on her car. Way to treat service members who gave their full devotion defending this country.
Some of my best memories were in my apartment here. Unfortunately I had to move due to loss of employment, it has been years but I would definitely recommend due to the spacious floor plans.
This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Firstly I moved in April, MULTIPLE things were broken and not fixed. I moved out June because nothing was ever fixed or address I got a email saying that my door was fixed to come home and it was still broke. I have had multiple types of bugs in my apartment . My fiancé and I woke up to a water bug crawling on him. These apartments are filled with roaches of all sizes, water bugs, centipedes, mellipedes, slug looking things. Everyday I came home from work it’s always bugs and it smelt of mold. Don’t come home at night because the roaches take over the breezeway. I have a 4 year old son and it’s not safe for him to stay here. Mold where the washer and dryer is suppose to be. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We went to court and their lawyer informed me if I pay my June’s rent I would be good and nothing on my credit and now they are telling me, no they are charging me for breaking my lease and sending it straight to collections, not even telling me how much it is. This place is disgusting and the staff don’t care about you or your family. They just want their money at the end of the day. This place is way to expensive for them not to fix anything and for them to not have decent pest control. I repeat don’t move here. All the photos won’t upload but this place is awful to live at. RUN
