Molly was great!! She comforted me and reminded me of my birth plan when needed. She also took photos and videos for me! It’s awesome to be able to show family members photos of the birth because they couldn’t be there.(covid sucks) It was really nice to have someone else there to support me during birth. Men don’t always know how to comfort you during birth and she helped guide him. I also got my placenta encapsulated. I think it’s helped regulate my hormones because I’ve been pretty mellow. It’s also cool to have the umbilical cord dried for her baby book. Anyways overall great experience! Molly is a great doula.

My husband and I had a great experience with the Doulas of Bellingham. We hired Molly and Amber to be our doula team and they provided exactly the support I needed after having been through a past traumatic experience. With the pandemic and the unexpected need for a C-section, nothing went the way I had planned, but the doulas were flexible and provided great virtual support and very careful in-person postpartum support. In addition to our scheduled meetings, they were available for all of my questions via phone and text, providing me with a consistent sounding board throughout my pregnancy. I also took this doula group's childbirth prep classes. They had to switch to an online format halfway through due to the pandemic, but they worked out any technical issues and quickly got themselves online to finish the class that we signed up for. I highly recommend the Doulas of Bellingham for anyone becoming a new parent!

My husband and I just had a custom private course with Veronica and it was exactly what I hoped it would be! Veronica was very knowledgeable and made us both feel comfortable! She made the course fun, easy to understand and we felt like we had an expert at our disposal. I also really appreciate the informational folder we got to take home with everything we had covered and the goodie bag! Thank you Doulas of Bellingham for helping us welcome our little guy into the world!

Our experiences with Doulas of Bellingham were both wonderful! After receiving such incredible support during a long and challenging labor with our first child, we knew that we wanted to work with them for the birth of our second baby. The prenatal meetings allowed us to get to know our friendly support team well and helped calm many of our anxieties, especially surrounding the shifting situations and protocols due to Covid-19. Another aspect of Doulas of Bellingham that we love is that all clients work with two doulas so there is a backup plan for labor support in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Molly was amazing and her assistance allowed me to labor in the comfort of our own home for as long as possible. Our doula support was also VERY helpful to my husband as a guide and for offering suggestions to him to make me more comfortable. Overall, we are delighted with our experience with Doulas of Bellingham and wholeheartedly recommend them as an integral part of welcoming your newest family members!

I worked with Molly during my first pregnancy and it was absolutely AMAZING! Having never been been through labor, I was pretty nervous about how to deal with the different stages, but Molly (and Christi) were really great at explaining everything and providing helpful advice. They set my mind at ease and I am so grateful for them! We were trying to have a natural birth at the Bellingham Birth Center, but I eventually had to transfer to the hospital. Knowing that Molly would still be with me through that was such a comfort. She was by my side for the (eventual) birth of my daughter and I’m so so thankful for her! This is the best decision you can make for yourself! Seriously :)

They were thorough and made sure we knew what to expect, kind and so easy to be comfortable around, and they came to our home! I loved having Molly during delivery as well, so attentive, supportive and comforting for me and was able to help my husband do the best he could to help me too!
