My first time in way too long being to the dentist due to horrible fears and experiences. I finally decided to start the path back and I’m so glad I did! The initial call to scheduling the appointment was very reassuring and calming and the appointment with Dr. Zakiyev was very comforting, he was very thorough and gentile and when the receptionist upfront checked me out she answered all my random possible narcotic questions very precise and with ease even reassuring me

Just got off the phone with this nasty lady who clearly wasn’t trained on her first day for the following things: no communication skills whatsoever, terrible skills at explaining in detail, and overall sounds like an unpleasant person imo. I guess during this pandemic businesses got desperate and hired any ol person with little to no experience. So I will definitely find another dentist lol no problem. So to wrap up this review. 0 out of 0. Thought I was on the phone with the DMV in Randolph with how rude and unhelpful this lady was. I don’t know what she looks like to match the voice but I can assume she’s the lady during Halloween to hand out double aa batteries and lint to the kids.

The office staff, dental hygienist, Dentist were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Zakiyeu was very thorough, had great bed side manners and he took time to go over a treatment plan with me. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
