The trainers at the time I signed up were great. Owners now don't treat people with fairness or respect!! Small, dirty gym... please don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!! Also they don't reply to your messages or ever answer a call. Very very pathetic & poor service!!

Small space, but a nice modern and clean facility
I was working in area and used the gym, now they moved my membership here, so I'm going to keep posting low rated reviews till they put it back in my state of NC, where I own property. Welcome to low ratings.
Mike is the best, knows how to get you the best workout! Sam and Kensie are great, caring and encouraging!
