We were very impressed with Jim Kringle's patient and friendly service as we examined a previously owned class C RV we were interested in. We carefully looked over the RV and did a test drive with Jim in attendance. Although we were generally pleased with this RV, we asked to see several others that were the same size, but new. Unlike a previous experience at another RV dealership, Jim was very happy to patiently show us several other RVs and wasn’t acting like he wanted us to hurry up and decide on a purchase. We found one of the new RVs that we liked a great deal, and Jim worked to provide us a very good deal. He also arranged for us to be able to trade-in our used pop-up camper trailer for a reasonable sum. After the purchase of the RV, we needed some administrative assistance on several matters not directly related to the RV purchase. Jim was extremely helpful in getting us the assistance we needed, which we respect him for. He told us several times, as we were finalizing our purchase, that if we needed assistance of any kind to give him a call. He has proven that he can be relied on and have a friendly attitude at the same time!

Tremendous experience! We bought our 1st ever RV from here 2 weeks ago. Sales associate Jim Miller was fabulous. He is incredibly knowledgeable as well as patient and helpful. The whole staff really, including our service tech, went above and beyond to make sure that we were well pleased. They get a 5 plus, plus star rating... I would definitely buy there again!
