I might never trust a realtor again because of Peggy Carter. Wanted to back out of a purchase, and she told me I couldn't legally, that the sellers could sue. Turns out it was a complete lie. Ended up in a position where I lost almost everything because she wanted her percentage. Manipulated and abandoned.
